Dem-Invoice is an online platform designed to facilitate the creation of electronic invoices, suitable for freelancers, self-employed workers, micro-businesses and SMEs across Europe.
The goal is to provide a fast, intuitive tool that complies with legal requirements, especially those of the Peppol which will become mandatory in Belgium starting from 2026.

How does invoice creation work?
You log in with your Google account.
You fill out a simple form with client info and services provided.
You may optionally add custom fields (IBAN, legal notes, etc.).
You generate the invoice in PDF or XML format (Peppol compliant).
If you have an active subscription, the invoice is available for direct download.
If you don't have a subscription, you can pay €2 per invoice.
Everything is saved automatically so you can easily retrieve your data later.
